This is a lock and key that fits most all gumball vending machines made with a 1/4" threaded rod (most commonly Oak, Northwestern, A&A, Komet, King Koin, some Vendmaster, Triple Play, Universal, V Line, Carousel, some Beaver, Eagle and Silent Sales Force). Included are instructions for replacing your lock with the missing key and installing your new lock.  Be careful, some machines take a slightly larger 5/16" threaded lock cylinder, so make sure this is right for you.  Brand new and heavy duty.
