Returns and Feedback

We, along with all other sellers welcome your positive feedback comments. Should you not be happy for any reason or there is any problem with your order, please contact us right away and every effort will be made to correct the problem.

Refunds, in the shape of a store credit, will only be given for the price of the item within 7 days of receipt. This will only apply if you receive your package and find that your purchase is defective or you received something different or not as described. We can also offer replacement, if available, with a like or similar item. We will issue a store credit, less shipping and handling charges on any item returned to us in the same condition it was sent. That means if it came with tags then it must be returned with the tags intact and in the same condition that it left our store. You must pay all shipping charges for the item to be returned to us. You must contact us prior to returning the item.

We accept payment by paypal only.
IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON ALL BUY IT NOW ITEMS.
On auction items, payment must be made within 7 days of the auction's end, or contact with the buyer must have been made (in the case where the buyer is mailing their payment).

Please use ebay's calculator to calculate your shipping costs. This usually works for most items but it has been known to give the wrong rate. When in doubt please email us for a rate confirmation. Of course if the rate has been stated by us within the shipping text, then that rate stands, such as flat rate shipping to different locations.

We sell worldwide. In most cases we use airmail for international shipments, however there have been cases where the item has been too large for airmail small package. Surface mail rates will be quoted when the item exceeds the small pkg. dimensions of Canada Post.
We will notify you in that case. We do not assume any liability once your item has been posted with Canada Post.
CANADA POST INCLUDES INSURANCE ON ALL PARCELS.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes and/or duties associated with international shipments. We serve only as the exporter and DO NOT pay for any of the taxes/duties/tariffs. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer.

Combined shipping is available and we will reduce shipping charges for more than one item when items can be packaged together under the small package regulations of Canada Post.
