GUSTAV KLIMT LAST PAINTING LADY WITH A FAN ICON HANDBAG

Gustav Klimt lives.  The original LADY WITH A FAN hangs in Rome, but this Icon beauty can hang on your arm.  This was the painting that Klimt was working on when he died in 1918.  The beautiful woman is wearing one of Klimt’s own kimonos and holding a Japanese fan.  The background is strewn with lotus blossoms and flying about are mythical phoenixes.  Like a hypnotic geisha, her shoulders and neck are delicate and forbidden.  This is truly wearable art.

This is a pleated satchel trimmed with tan vachetta leather and accented with antique brass hardware.  It is super roomy, 16” wide by 11” high by 6” deep.  It has two intricately handwoven handles with a 9” drop off the shoulder and a long zipper tassel.  It has a top zipper, and inside is a three compartment lining.  Two open compartments are separated by a center zippered compartment made in golden yellow twill lining with leather trim.  In the interior there is a zipper pocket and two open pockets for cell phone, sunglasses, keys, etc.  It has metal feet to protect it when you set it down.
