From Gymboree's Holiday Traditions collection, this dress is absolutely gorgeous. Hard to photograph though! Burgundy and green floral print on black background, crushed velvet, fully lined. Black peter pan collar, black bow in back. Comes with matching panty cover. Size 3T; 23" from shoulder to hem. Could work for 4. Excellent used condition.

Pre-owned means used, worn before, not brand new. Excellent used condition = clean, no holes, stains, tears, rips, loose seams, pilling, fading, or shrinkage; almost appears new (but not quite). Very good condition means maybe a tad of wash wear. Good+ is between good and very good. Good means overall good condition, with perhaps a noted small flaw. I will note flaws separately and downgrade item to 'good' (or designate as playwear) as warranted.
