| eBay sales are final. All of the machines we sell on eBay come with a six-month parts and labor warranty directly through us. However, you should note that if you own or operate your machine outside of the US, it isn’t eligible for warranty coverage. If you do have any warranty-related issues with your machine, just give us a call at 866-287-4634. Shipping and handling charges aren’t covered as part of the warranty, so if your machine does need to be repaired, we’ll determine if charges are necessary at that time. You will need to keep the box and packing in case any shipping of this machine is deemed necessary. In addition, the warranty doesn’t cover accessories, wear-and-tear parts (like gaskets, portafilter baskets, Pannarello wands, etc.), or the shipping costs that come with them. |

| Control Panel |  | The main feature of the control panel is a circular knob, in the middle of which are two buttons. This is the volume control knob. The larger button controls brewing. Press it once or twice depending on the number of cups you want. The smaller button, with the beans on it, controls brew strength. The hot water button, which is backlit, is to the right of the knob. If it is lit, hot water is selected, when it is unlit, the machine is in steam function. | |
| Indicator Lights | | The control panel features four indicator lights, to the left of the volume knob. The lights each stand for different alerts. The top light means the grounds drawer needs to be emptied, the bottom light signals it is time for descaling. In the middle are an alarm light that when it is permanently on tells you the hopper is out of beans, the water tank is empty, or the drip tray is full. Flashing slowly it means the brew group is not inserted, the grounds drawer is not inserted, the service door is open, or the steam/hot water knob is turned wrong. Blinking quickly it indicates the boiler needs to be primed. The fourth light, if blinking, means the machine is warming up. If steady, it means the machine is ready. | |
| Brewing on the Vogue | | It is all up to you! Adjust the volume knob to brew an espresso, a short coffee or a long coffee. The Opti-doser allows you to choose how much coffee is ground, tamped and brewed. Press the brew button for either one or two coffees, and the machine takes it from there. | |

| If you’re having your order shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States, a fixed shipping charge (listed at the top of this page) will be added to the final cost of your order. This fixed fee means we’ll ship your order through UPS Ground. If your order is going to a destination outside of the contiguous US, you’ll pay actual USPS shipping charges rather than the flat fee listed above. And no matter which way your item is sent, the package is insured through the carrier for added security.
