This auction is for an unusual item. It is an advertising thimble for "Gainer Superior" meats and was issued at the same time that Peter Pocklington, who was the owner of Gainers' Meats in Edmonton, was the owner of the Edmonton Oiler's. The thimble is the regular size sewing thimble with Gainers' Superior printed in a red band at the bottom. It is a lovely advertising piece.
Please email us for shipping quotes to your destination. We only charge you what Canada Post charges us and we get a 5% discount as a small business and we pass that along to you the customer.
