Gambles 23rd anniversary 1948 measuring glass. This is a very rare early (1948) measuring glass

Around each side of the main Gambles logo on the front are numerous other advertising logos, including the following:

Lady Helen, Crest, Rouilford, Scott Craig, Caranada, Jerry Donald, Vanvon, Farm Town, Hiawatha, Joelle, Home Guard, Red Hammer, Artisan, Solita, & Farm crest

I don't know what any of these addtional sponsor represented, or even what type store Gambles was.

It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and has excellent gloss.

This is a truely rare and early measuring glass to add to your collection.
