Description
Dr. Robotnik just isn’t one to give up. This time, the nefarious doctor has concocted the evil scheme to end all evil schemes, and he’s enlisted some rather terrifying machines to help him execute the plot. You can play as Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, or Tails in this glorious return to the world of SONIC THE HEDGEHOG. Styled after the classic Sega Genesis series, the game challenges you to collect as many Chaos Emeralds as you can, making your way through each fast-paced level. As is normally the case with SONIC games, you’ll move at dizzying speeds, using ramps and loops to perform aerial acrobatics. In addition to the standard single-player stuff, there are two glorious multiplayer modes: Chaos Emerald Hunt, and Battle. Vibrant background graphics and character animation run rampant in this incredible 2D adventure, and there are enough hidden goodies to make the game worth conquering again and again assuming you can do so even once.
