This is a special re-release of vintage figures from the 1960's, thus the name 'memorial box.' Included in the box are 7 classic Gamera monsters: Gamera, Viras, Barugon, Jaiger, Guiron, Gyaos, Zigra. These are the first six opponents from the classic Gamera movies. All in new condition. Great collectors item for any fan of Japanese monster movies, Godzilla or the Gamera franchise.
I got these action figures as my prize for winning the video game competition in the puzzle catagory at Baka-Con in Seattle (now named Sakura-Con) back in 1999. At the time I wasn't familiar with Gamera, so I thought I got a bum deal and put them in my closet without taking them out of their packaging.
This same box set is retailing for around 175$ on several websites and there is an auction for these on eBay for 120$. I have set the reserve under 100$, so hopefully they'll bring someone joy.
