This auction is for a used Dell Inspiron E1705 (also known as 9400) that is in great working order. It was used for gaming, programming, and graphic editing. The resolution is great for programming and graphics as it has a 1920 x 1200 Glossy Screen (WUXGA). The system has been upgraded to 2 GB of ram and can run both Windows Vista and Windows 7. I will install Windows 7 if the buyer would like (but you will have to buy a copy/license - one can install Windows 7 for a few weeks before buying a copy/license and copy/license can be bought electronically so no reinstall would be needed). The hard drive is not large (60GB) but it is very fast (Hitachi 7.2k RPMs). Preloaded software is Windows XP Media edition with IE8 (fully patched/updated) and Nero burning suite. Since this product is used it is being sold AS-IS.
