Ganz 1995 Teddy Bear Big Jess Brown Bear Mint CDN w/Tag

This is a very sweet older Teddy Bear named Big Jess, made by Ganz in 1995. This bear was given as a gift, but never played with or used, only stored until now. He still has the original tag in his ear and he's in new condition.

Big Jess is a handsome bear with honey-brown "fur" and a nice red ribbon around his neck, and he's very soft and huggable. He stands about 17 inches tall. Big Jess needs a new home and he'll add charm to yours.

Payment is PayPal Only, and payment is actually due on the day the auction ends or by the next morning so I can prepare your package for shipping.

If payment isn't received, or I haven't heard anything from you, within 48 hours, I will relist the item on the day after that. Communication is vital, so send a message if you're not paying within that time period and I'll work with you on it. If there is no communication from you I will relist, as above. It's very simple, just pay right away or talk to me, that's all I ask:)

Shipping for the US will be as soon as possible after payment has been received, and I ship with USPS Priority Mail (I use Priority because it usually costs just a few cents more and it provides delivery confirmation for both seller and buyer).

International shipping will be once a week. For my international buyers, I can now offer shipping with First Class International (for any package under 4 pounds in weight) so your shipping costs will be less. Priority International still offers more protection for your packages, but First Class offers a lower shipping fee.

On May 12, 2008 the United States Post Office again raised shipping prices, so I'm now offering this less expensive way to ship internationally to better serve my customers outside the United States.

If you're ever unhappy with an item contact me and I'll work with you to resolve the issue. If you're requesting a money back refund you need to contact me within 3 days after you receive the item, after the 3rd day it will become a final sale with no refunds. In the United States Delivery Confirmation will be included with your shipment and that will show when it was delivered.

There is NO return or refund policy for international sales, and all international sales are Final due to time constraints in returning something via international mail.
