These are a pair of Gap Premium Khakis ~ 100% Cotton.  These are a stain resistant fabric.  Size 31 X 30.  They were hardly worn and are in Excellent Pre-Owned condition.  No damage to the fabric.  No stains, rips or tears.  RN 54023.  Original Retail $49.

Zip and double button closure at the waist.  Traditional side seam pockets and two pockets with flaps in the back of the pant.    

Measurements:  31 X 30.
