This is a great, soft side, messenger shoulder bag from Gap Factory Store.  Black polyester canvas with large main compartment with side velcro close pocket, zip pocket on outside flap, organizational pockets underneath, envelope pocket on side, compression straps on each end with mesh pockets and adjustable web shoulder straps.  I love that this bag has soft sides so it can folded up and stored away when you are not using it.

OUTSIDE MEASUREMENTS: tapered width 13.5" to 17" at the top, height-13" and depth 4"
