TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Once you win the auction please understand that you are entering into a contract and are obligated to pay. In the case where a refund must be given for our error or any other reason, we can "Mutually Cancel the Transaction" through the eBay unpaid item dispute process.
• All items must be paid for within 7 days or unpaid item dispute will be filed.
• All items for local pickup must be claimed within three days of payment.
• All California residents will be charged 8.75% Sales Tax
• We reserve the right to cancel auctions and bids as stated by eBay polices
SHIPPING POLICIES
• We ship all items by UPS Ground delivery or USPS Priority Mail. NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes
• We generally ship out orders within five business day once payment is confirmed. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you at the email address provided with your payment. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days after your order is paid for, please feel free to contact us at (909) 931-3200
• If an item is lost or damaged by the postal system or UPS PLEASE have the patience and understanding to allow us to fix the problem. Fixing the problem might require tracking the whereabouts or investigating a damage claim. Please do not fault US for services not rendered by UPS or Postal System in a satisfactory manner.
• Expedited shipping is not available.
• International shipping is not available.
• We will combine items for discounted shipping rates. The invoice for multiple purchases will include a discounted shipping rate.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt by the customer of the item. We will work with you in every case on a return to make sure that you at the very least get the contact information you need to make sure you get what you deserve and what you have paid for!
Items will only be accepted if returned back to us in the condition that they were received by you, with all parts and original packaging included. The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package. The customer is responsible to insure that we receive the return back. Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be tracked if necessary.
Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once it has been received back. This time is for inspecting and testing the return so thank you for being patient.
Your refund will be processed asap upon receipt of the item.
Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer except for DOA electronics.
On all items which have a free shipping promotion, customers requesting a refund will be charged a 20 percent restock fee. This is to cover shipping, handling and warehouse fees. For Free Shipping items where customers are getting a repair or replacement, they will get free shipping back to them for the repair or replacement.
In the event of a replacement for a DOA item, shipping the replacement back to the customer will be free of charge.
