Shipping is via the United States Postal Service. The class of mail is determined by the weight of the package. Generally items ship first class, priority mail or parcel post.
I am responsible for shipping items in a timely manner. However, I do not have control over delivery times. The weather, holidays and other events all affect delivery times. Email notification is sent when a shipping label is printed. In most cases the item will ship the next business day after receiving the email notification.
Buyer paid shipping insurance is required on item/s costing $40.00 or more. Buyer paid shipping insurance for item/s costing less than $40.00 is optional. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items on uninsured packages.
International shipping will be via International Priority Mail and paid for by the buyer. Buyer paid shipping insurance is required on all international shipping. I am not responsible for any duty, taxes, tariffs or other fees charged by the buyers country!

I do not provide returns on items costing less than $10.00.
Returns are accepted if I am notified within 7 days after receiving the item that it will be returned. In most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Partial refunds will be given at my discretion if contacted more than 7 days after receiving the item. Refunds will not be given after 20 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must include all boxes and packaging material that was shipped with the item. For example most Coach items include a Coach box. That box must be returned with the item. Most collectibles come in their original boxes. Those boxes must be returned with the item. Items must in the same condition they were in when shipped. Clothing must not have been worn. Failure to do so may result in partial or no refund. Please email if there are questions regarding what must be included with the item when returning.
Refunds will be issued within 2 days after I receive the returned item.
Wisconsin Residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
