Return Policy:

At CharlotteStComputers, we want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items must be returned. Our return policy has been drafted to be as fair and as simple as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately if you have any questions! All returns MUST be shipped to our central location: 101 S Lexington Ave, Asheville, NC 28801

Returns:

All items may be returned IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 14 days of purchase. Please note that if an item is not returned in the same box and packing material that it was shipped in, it will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the item for return we will contact you stating that we have received the item and it is being tested. We will then test it to ensure that there is no user-caused failure of the item. If an item comes back as DOA and it is found to be working at the time of testing, we charge a $20 test fee as well as 20% restock fee.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR! Please triple-check your part numbers before you order! Remember that you can always ask us any question at all about the part you’re interested in buying. We want you to have the correct part!

Refunds:

Refunds will be made through PayPal.

Exceptions to the Return policy:

Any item sold “AS-IS” is NOT Returnable under any circumstance. Please be aware of this policy when ordering.

DOA Merchandise:

All merchandise that is DOA will be replaced or refunded pending review by our technicians. Please contact us for an RMA and return the item in its original packaging.

Shipping Damages:

If your package arrives damaged please notify us immediately and take pictures of the damage if you can. Once we have made a claim for damages we will work with the shipping company to arrange a return. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for your purchase at no additional cost to you.

Return Procedure:

In order to return an item, even if it arrived DOA, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization.) To obtain an RMA, please contact us immediately through our eBay store, CharlotteStComputers. We will NOT accept a return without an RMA.

Returned goods must be shipped back to us using the same packaging and shipping service that they were originally sent. A tracking number MUST be purchased for your return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
