BUYER HAS TO READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SALE.

All our products come with a label to track an item containing a tracking # created by us. In case of removal of this label your warranty will be voided. This will result in our company not honoring any exchange or refund thereafter. By placing a bid on the auction you agree to the Terms of Sale of the LAPTOPBODYSHOP auction site including shipping terms, payment methods and all sales final policy. All payments associated with the auction must be received no later than seven days after the auction's end date. If payment is not received in full within this timeframe the item will be resisted and winning buyer will be reported to eBay. We only accept payment options specified in the "Payment Methods" section of the auction. Return policy is money back, buyers pay for shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is non refundable, sellers pay for the resending fee if item is available. All questions and concerns regarding the auction must be emailed prior to bidding. LAPTOPBODYSHOP reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any bid on its auctions or to end a listing at any time. Product is sold AS-IS. All sales are final NO returns. If you do not agree with any of these terms please do not bid on the item.

RETURN POLICY

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE YOU ARE WELCOME TO RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 15 DAYS FOR A MONEY REFUND. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY. THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED. PLEASE, INCLUDE THE ITEM NUMBER, YOUR USER ID, PAYMENT DETAILS, AND THE REASON WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM.
