Ebay has a program called VERO, which enforces this intellectual property on behalf of the manufacturers. If you see homemade images of the box, or very vague descriptions, amateur-looking listings, etc, there is a good chance that you are not buying from an authorized dealer. Moreover, there is also a good chance that Ebay VERO is going to remove that listing from the site, and your transaction will be null and void.
