Payment in full is expected within 14 days of the original invoice date.
In general, we are able to ship the same day that payment is received. If your payment clears on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, we will ship the following Tuesday. We use only UPS Ground, although premium shipping is available for additional charges. Contact me for details.
We do NOT do Saturday pick ups. When your package is scheduled for pick up, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number and the expected arrival date.
Biker's Dream ships ONLY to the US! Shipping of motorcycles and trailers is available within the continental US only. No amount of begging, pleading or bribery will cause the owners to change their minds on this so please don't bother asking!

Our hours of operation are M-F 9am- 7pm and Saturday from 9am- 4pm. We are closed on Sundays, and all major Holidays.
