New Gear Box. Retail $59.00. Buy TWO and they cost $11.75 each with shipping cost. Used on some Front wheel drive Lawn mowers with engines up to 7 hp. These are also used other products. Can be used to reduce the output speed on small 2 & 4 cycle engines or electric motors. Great part to build your own fun motorized product. You can use a Cordless drill to power your project!
Alum. Case made for Jacobson & others, Long Axle is 14 - 1/4" & short axle is 3". Axle dia. is 9/16" overall length 20 - 5/8". Input shaft is 5/8" OD and the small pulley is about 1-7/8" OD. It's about a 6.25 to 1 reduction, worm gear type gear reduction box. The lever will engage and disengage the drive system. Some of these may have some light rust. Also make sure and check the 80 - 90 wt gear oil in the gear box befor using. To check or add oil remove the NPT pulg.
