General American Transportation Tanker Ahn Yugoslavia

Up for auction is a Vintage Railway Railroad Train Tanker? Car advertised  "General American Transportation Corporation" on each side. It also has on both sides UTLX 85780.  Looks like the maker's name is Ahn in Yugoslavia.  I think this is usable with all HO equipment, collectors & railroad train buffs will know.  I, on the other hand, Know Nothing about Model Train pieces, Railroad accessories or the like so, please bid according to what you know or like.  This seems to be a nice railroad car but as I said, I really know nothing about these train cars, engines or accessories. I have No way of testing to see if it works but looks like it would.  There are some pictures so please look closely at what you will actually be getting, see photos.
