Up for auction are a couple of used Transmitters with a new replacement element.  These are untested, but you should at least be able to get a woring one if not two out of these.

definitions: 

A confirmed address is the address your credit card is issued to, and the one you used when originally signing up for your paypal account.  If you have changed your address, you will need to update that info with paypal. 

AS IS sale: This means, no returns, you are purchasing item with any flaws that it may have, with no right of return.  Any known flaws will be pointed out in the description. 

5 day right of return:  This means that you may return the item in 5 days of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition it was in when it was shipped.  We do not provide refunds on the original or return shipping.  If the item arrived damaged, save all packaging, and do not return it.  We will make a claim on it with UPS.
