This is an awesome little storage cabinet by General Fireproofing, Good Form.  This is in the Mode Maker Line of General Fireproofing.  The cabinet is in great condition.  There is one scratch on the front of the door as seen in 2 of the photos.  There are also 5 small holes in the left side of the cabinet where I guess something was attached.  The holes are clean and neat.  No jagged edges.  I love the legs on the piece.  Also the detail in the top.  The top is blonde woodgrain formica.  It has a curved edge so at the edge the formica meets a green bumper with a seam of metal in between.  Really cool design.
