In this auction I have listed this frosty sour apple chunky piece of authentic sea beach glass picked from the shore of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. This beauty measures 11/16" x 5/8" x 1/4".
If dime is present it is for sizing purposes only.
I do not enhance the color of my beach/sea glass by oiling or wetting it before the photos are taken. What you see in the photos are the true colors of the glass in their natural state. No trickery, just honest and authentic beach glass.

With just my partner and I picking the sea/beach glass and seldom purchasing glass from outside sources, I can offer a 100% guarantee that the glass I sell is 100% authentic beach/sea glass and that it has not been altered by human hands or machine since it was picked from the beach. However, I do wash some pieces with warm water and a mild dish soap when the need arises.
All of my beach/sea glass is naturally tumbled by the sea and the strong surf that comes from the never ending tidal action tumbling the glass in to the smooth and frosted shapes you see.
What was once garbage that was tossed thoughtlessly away into the water is now, over decades of time, Beautiful Jewels from the Sea.
I have lived on the Olympic Peninsula, Washington State, all of my life.
As a little girl I would walk for miles with my father along the shores to look for the neat things that the mighty Sea had left behind with her tides. My favorites were always the beach glass jewels that lay glistening in the sand like some kind of lost treasure.
Even though my father has long since passed, I find my way to the beach, with my partner now days, to search out those wonderful treasures still being left behind by the tides.
There is over 1/2 of a century of combined picking to make up what is still a very nice collection of beach/sea glass. I am now sharing these gorgeous gems with you....so please enjoy them as much as I have throughout my life.
Thanks for looking/bidding and have a great day!!
