Georg Jensen Sterling Blossom Cheese Plane

 

This Auction is for a Sterling handled Georg Jensen Cheese Plane in one of Georg Jensen's own  designs, Blossom. This handle has The wonderful three dimensional Blossom with a see through design. The Cheese Plane is 8" long and is in excellent condition with no monogram. The Jensen mark is a simple GI ,Sterling over Denmark, 925 and #84. This would indicate production in the 1930's. Finding a cheese slice with the Blossom handle is unusual.
