Payment:
Payment (in US funds) is due to us no later than 15 days after item is won or purchased. We gladly accept U.S. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Cash (should be safely sent by registered letter for both our protection), PayPal payment (PayPal account is: salesemw@comcast.net). PayPal eCheck takes a while to clear. Although personal and business checks are also accepted, it is with the prior understanding that they must be from a U.S. bank and please be aware that it will require your order to be delayed 2 full weeks for the check to clear OUR bank (sorry, no exceptions). Returned check fee is $25.00-$50.00 plus any collection fees. Money Orders and Checks should be made out to “Fred Geissler” or “East Meets West Militaria”, Inc.” For International orders PayPal is the preferred method, orders outside USA may not be by check and money orders MUST be made from a U.S. Bank (listed on the money order).
Shipping:
(USA) For lightweight items within the USA, First Class Postage is FREE! You are always welcome to select Priority Mail for faster shipping times. Any package over 10 ounces will be sent at buyer paid Priority Mail rates. We only use the United States Postal Service (Not UPS nor FedEx, sorry). All orders are normally packed and shipped within 1-7 work days (Weekends and Holidays excluded) after payment is received and processed. Our EPS -Expedited Packing Service- allows your order to go to the front and is guaranteed to be in the mail within 24 hours after payment is received and processed. EPS is available for $10.00 in addition to the stated shipping charges. Any overpayments for shipping will be refunded.
(International) We ship to addresses around the world! If you are an international customer please Email, Fax or Call to ask us for the shipping options and charges before you bid or purchase form us. Unfortunately, you cannot use the stated USA shipping costs. Your costs will be different (higher) to your country, even to Canada or Mexico.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional. Although we always RECOMMEND purchasing it, if you elect not to take insurance: you assume full responsibility for any possible damages or loss. Also, there will be no way to track your package. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for lost or damaged items when there is no insurance.
Combined Shipping:
We gladly combine shipping on items won or purchased to save you money on postage. All items must be purchased within (7) days, paid for with a single payment, and shipped to the same address. We will measure the total weight for the package and add $1.00 per item for handling and shipping materials to the shipping costs.
Customs and Taxes:
Virginia customers please add the required 5% sales tax. All orders shipped overseas will require Customs documentation. The purchase will be listed as: Surplus (item category) and must be marked as merchandise. The value will be the sales cost (not including postage or handling). We thank you for not asking us to falsify the Customs documentation. Unfortunately, many countries may impose a customs, duty, tariff, or tax fee on goods entering the country, the buyer will be responsible for those as well as any additional time it takes for the country’s Customs to handle the package. Where applicable, buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duty, tariffs, or fees imposed.

We want you to be very happy with your purchase so for any reason you are unsatisfied there is an unconditional 7 day return policy. Buyer pays for all return or exchange postage fees. In the occurrence we send a wrong item, postage is refunded by us, the seller. In very rare occurrences, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

DDR sizes are actual, USA sizes are approximate. Please double check what actual size you need prior to bidding as there are wide variances within each size range. Pictures only show an example of the item and are to be used only as a guide, as these items are bought in lots there may be slight variations. Please read description of item for exact details of the item offered. We have both an example size chart and instructions of how to mount shoulder boards onto a tunic. Occasionally we offer a discount coupon promotion. These must be sent in by mail (money order preferred) for the discount to take effect. Unfortunately we cannot offer these coupon discounts through PayPal.
