 Imported straight from Ghana! Although the colors may vary from off-white to yellow, rest assured that they are both wonderful and retain the same nutrients and properties. It is incredibly soft (unless it's really cold) and with NO palm oil added! Beware of other suppliers that melt and strain their shea. Ours is cut from the gourd, not melted and strained.
