The text was sent in Monotype Walbaum by Michael Bixler and printed by hand on Hahnemahle etching paper by Leslie Miller at the Grenfell Press. Sue Medlicot printed the lithographs at Allethaire Press. Hand bound by Claudia Cohen in a full silk-surfaced black cloth with golden tan fibers interwoven. Black leather spine label with title stamped in gold, vertically. Full color pictorial end papers. In a matching cloth covered slipcase.The book is in very fine condition.
