We have THOUSANDS of items to sell and can only offer 150 of
them at a time, so we rotate the listings. If you add me to your
favorites list you will get the new and relisted items when they
are put in the store.

SELLER'S PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
We only accept MONEY ORDERS and PAYAPL in U.S. FUNDS.
Payment by PAYPAL is due within two days of sale.  You have
ONE WEEK for money orders. No Checks. After that time we
will report you for NONPAYMENT. The NONPAYMENT STRIKE
will be REMOVED if we receive payment before the time limit
runs out.

USA POSTAGE:
Our normal shipping day is SATURDAY and we will ship your
item then if we receive your payment by the MONDAY of that
week. Every USA package will be INSURED and have Delivery
Confirmation.  For items over $200, the packages will have to
be signed for. These services are included in the shipping and
handling. We do not give refunds for lost, stolen or damaged
items or missing parts. That's what the insurance is for.  We
have up to three weeks to ship item, in case we are out of town
when you buy. We ship by Priority Mail in the USA.  All items
are shipped in boxes. Most items are shipped in 12 x 12 x 8
inch boxes with an insert that weighs at least 1 pound empty.
We can only guess at the weight of the package untill it is
completed.  We will combine shipping if you buy more than 1
item, but only with small items. We refund any overcharge due
to mistakes in listings.

HANDLING CHARGES:
Handling charges are based on the amount of time, materials
and other costs used to sell and package the item, including
the cost of the Insurance.  You have to pay for a new box if
your item does not fit in the free boxes we have on hand. 
That cost is already in the handling charges.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / INSURANCE:
All INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES must be INSURED for the
cost of the item and the shipping costs which means the
value of the item will be the same as the insured value
because of mail fraud. We are now sending all non USA
packages by USPS International Express Mail, which
includes $100 worth of insurance and tracking. Over
$100 you must pay for the whole amount. You should be
blocked from buying if do not ship to your country.  If
you do buy and we can not send the package by this
manner we will cancel the sale and refund your money
if you sent it.  Shipping is NOT included in the selling
price. In most cases we have to buy a box which is
included in the shipping and handling. We will ship to
South America if we can send it by USPS EM with
insurance and tracking. We do not ship to Canada and
Mexico at this time.


  SELLER'S RETURN POLICY:
All Sales are Final. Be sure of what you are getting before
you buy. Make sure its the right scale or right number.
Not responsible for missing or broken parts in factory
sealed  boxes or for older items that no longer work due
to age or damage from batteries left in sealed packages.
That why you buy insurance. Items are sold as collectibles,
not retail items.  Contents of all UNSEALED or OPENED
items are checked before they are listed.  I will not open
sealed boxes to check contents or break up sets.
