like new-disc has no scratches looks brand new

Mint- disc has a few light scratches

Near mint- disc has some very light surface scratches

Good- disc has a lot of light scratches and might have a few deep ones and also may need to be resurfaced

I only accept paypal with a confirmed address and payments are now required to be instant once the buy-it-now process is complete.

When it comes to best offer, if I accept your offer or you accept my counteroffer I need payment within 3 days or an email stating you need more time. Please abide by these rules since there are a lot of deadbeats out there and they all drag ebay down.

I am changing the way I ship and will now be only shipping on TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS as long as payments get to me at a reasonable hour on either shipping day the item should be shipped the same day, but remember payments must be cleared before I will ship.

If you do need a game shipped asap let me know by emailing me and letting me know and also dont ask me to ship to another persons address I only ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES.

I do have a 14 day return policy for defective games and dont have time to test every game that I sell since I personally only have a few systems and this is why the return policy is in place.

Here is how my s/h fees go

first class united states mail- $4.00 includeds tracking

Anything heavier like game systems, special order bundles or strategy guides I go by the s/h calculator.

worldwide shipping- I only ship priority international which is the only way I can get tracking and the s/h price can be found in the s/h section of the listing. Also dont ask If I can send cheaper since I do get that a lot your email will just be ignored.

Also one last thing about worldwide shipping. I put on the forms that the item is a purchased item not a gift as a lot of people have been asking and come to find out us sellers can get into a lot of trouble for doing that so when items are shipped they are shipped on customs as merchandise and for the amount you paid for the item before s/h costs, so please dont buy an item then ask if I can mark gift on it or only put a low value on the customs form. If you dont like this then go buy from some other seller.

I also do combined shipping. I try and stay reasonable and the more you buy the better the deal but I usually try and use priority flat rate boxes for big orders which I usually only charge from $11-$15 total and can fit a good amount of games in each box, this is for united states only not for international.
