This is a nice condition Gibson acoustic. I recently purchased this on ebay as an "excellent" condition guitar. Well, it's real nice, but not "excellent". The only issue I have with it is the fact that there was some work done on it where the neck connects to the body. Professionally done mind you, and it plays and looks great, but I wanted untouched condition. The frets are great, the neck is straight, it sounds fantastic. There is some wear on the fretboard from the years of playing, but it doesn't affect the nice smooth action of the neck. I just didn't want any tinkering with the one I want. I tried to take pic's of the neckwork, but my old digital couldn't capture it enough to bother throwing it in. I'ts slight, but noticeable up close. The person selling should have made note of it. Light checkering of the finish, but that's to be expected. You'll love the sound. Comes with a soft case. Shipping $30 to continental US. If you want to bid internationally (and I don't recommend as guitars do not like being in the hold of a jet) Actual shipping charges apply. Paypal preferred, but money orders or international money orders accepted when cleared. Good luck and as I said, this is a real nice guitar, but not "excellent", as I think of excellent as mint. Payment within 10 days of purchase. Thanks On Jul-08-08 at 12:58:28 PDT, seller added the following information:I have absolutely been inundated with questions in regards to shipping. Shipping will be actual shipping costs and I'll even deduct 10% for the winner. I don't know shipping costs and I really don't have the time to calculate (by running to the post office) each and every request. The winner is to email me their address (US or International) and I will email back with shipping costs (US Postal only) . I accept money orders and Paypal, in US Dollars only. International money orders must be cashable in the US. Good luck to all. Tom On Jul-08-08 at 13:02:11 PDT, seller added the following information:I've also had numerous requests asking that I give more detailed information on the condition. It plays fantastic, neck is straight, some wear on the rosewood fingerboard. Frets are good. Neck was reset long ago, but doesn't affect anything at all. This is a 1970 guitar and you can expect the normal crackling on the finish, but no structural defects. It is a great sounding and playing guitar. Hopefully this will be enough to answer all the questions I have had. One thing is for sure, this sounds great and plays great. Good luck to all.
