SHIPPING

• U.S. orders only.
• Item(s) is usually shipped 1 business day after receipt of payment.
• Bidding on multiple items: Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended or purchases are made, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions or purchases. We start to process and rush your order as soon as we receive payment.

PAYMENT

• After winning the auction or purchase, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
• You will need to contact us within 24 hours of auctions end to confirm winning bid.
• PayPal is our preferred payment method.
• Payment is expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item(UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment. Seller reserves the right to re-list if payment is not received within that 7 days.
• If you use PayPal, we prefer to ship to confirmed address only. If we have concerns about shipping to your "unconfirmed" address we will contact you via email which may delay shipment. We reserve the right to ship only to confirmed address at our discretion. 

RETURN POLICY

• SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to give you a refund. 
• Full refund of purchase price less shipping and handling if returned within 3 days of receiving product and is returned in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. 
• Before returning you need to contact us at jenc@brightok.net to receive a refund request number. Write that number on the packing slip and enclose with your return.
• The packing slip MUST be included.
