RETURN POLICY

If a product arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 3 days.  We will be happy to replace the item requested or offer you a refund.  In either case, we request that you ship back to us the entire damaged box/items.  If you ask for a refund, we will refund shipping costs as well after we receive the damaged box.

 

Payment: 

 

• PayPal is the only payment method. It is safe and secure!
• Colorado residents add 6.23% sales tax.
• Payment is expected within 7 days of auction ending.

 

Shipping/Handling: 

 

• Buyer pays all USPS Priority mail or Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
• Insurance is optional.  If you would like insurance, be sure to fill in this option on the invoice.
• We will ship to multiple addresses (we want to make it easy for you!)

If you have more than one (1) address for separate orders, please also email us your list, including names, addresses, telephone numbers and gift message for each recipient via e-mail (Ask the Seller a Question).
