Winner bidder to add to the final winning bid $0.99 for Shipping and Handling using 1st class mail.  Note the actual cost of postage is $0.44, envelope is $0.05, listing/selling fees $0.25 and paypal fees exceed $0.35 put these cost in excess of the $0.99 S&H fees which is why the $0.99 S&H  must be included with your purchase.  Note also I do combine if you win multiple lots, you would pay the 1st $0.99 and then $0.50 S&H for each additional lot of coupons when shipped together.
