The 'ww.tc', Worldwide Time Control, belongs to a line of classic timekeepers that bring together sophisticated technology and a pure styling, in a gorgeous case. This model, fitted with a Manufacturer-made automatic movement, also has a Perpetual Calendar with Moon Phase Indicator, and displays the time simultaneously in 24 cities around the world. Detailed Description: The featured watch is a GP ww.tc Chronograph in Platinum. Three-body, polished 43mm Platinum Case, rounded bezel, concave lugs, Winding Crown at 9 o'clock moves the city disc backwards or forwards, Crown at 3 o'clock for setting the time and moving the night/day function backwards or forwards, Sapphire Crystals, and an Exhibition Caseback with 6 screws.----Powder Blue Dial with Applied Luminous Hour Indexes, auxiliary dials for the Chronograph, 60-Second Register at 3 o'clock, 12-Hour Register at 6 o'clock, 30-Minute Register at 9 o'clock, Date Display Window at 2 o'clock, all surrounded by a Powder Blue and Navy Blue revolving ring with painted Arabic Numerals for the Night/Day Hours. It has an outermost Powder Blue revolving disc bearing the names of 24 cities in the world in Navy Blue, Luminous Hour and Minute Hands at Center, and Blued Subdial Hands, and Small Seconds Hands at center. Automatic Movement, Caliber 33CO, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" and "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 63 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Water Resistant.
Personal Note--The Girard Perregaux ww.tc is one of our favorite watches of all time, no question about it. They look amazing and work perfectly. But this one is the top of the line Chronograph version in Platinum. It is an exceptional complication! It is gorgeous and a watch you can be truly proud to wear and own. This is the newest color combination they just came out with, it is extremely rare and exclusive and it is beautiful! It has a soft and elegant look and can be worn anytime, anywhere! One of the best watches for travel of all time! You seriously can't beat this one! Outstanding!!
