Has Red/White polka dot lining!

 No pencil/pen marks on inside..Doesn't even look like it has been used.

Measures 10 3/4L x  8 1/2" H(middle of bag)  x  2" W(at bottom)  / double  straps 21"

(I'm not sure of the fabric; however, it is very sturdy with black leather trim.

Has discolored beauty mark on the back; It looks like a discoloration on the fabric.
