You are looking at an adorable dress with a matching pair of shorts by Child of Mine, A division of Carter's.  This outfit is size 18 months, 100% cotton.  It is green with flowers all over it and a yellow butterfly on the front.  The shorts have an all elastic waist band and elastic around the legs with a small ruffle.  There are 2 snaps down the back and a pink bow on the front.  This outfit is in excellent condition!  Don't pay full price!  All items come from a smoke-free environment.
