Perfectly Dressed Girls 4T / 4 Dress NWT

Lovely dress with lots of detail -
The dress top is (sleeveless soft stretch velvet) is accented by a bow at the waist - there is a velvet cord in the back for making a bow
- the bottom is a white, red and black plaid that has a full red lining and a crinoline layer at the bottom for fullness.
The stylish black velvet 3/4 sleeve jacket has bell bottom sleeves and could be used with other dresses. The front of the jacket is fully lined which giving it structure and smoothness; the back is soft, stretch velvet, like the top of the dress, very nice.
