Hi,

This is a size 4. THIS USE TO BE A SKORT...shorts that look like a skirt. My daughter didn't like the shorts, so she cut them so she could wear it as a skirt. The material is still there so you could make it a skort again...otherwise you could wear this as a skirt. It is still in nice shape. It was bought new this color. It is darker then photo shows. . 

There are no stains.
