PAYMENT:

Payment is due within 3 days of auction end; if you require longer, please contact me BEFORE the end of 3 days and I will try to work with you. If I have not heard from you within 3 days, I will initiate a non-paying bidders strike (after 3, you are kicked off of eBay) and leave negative feedback.

USA: PayPal, Money orders or Cashier's checks only. INTERNATIONAL: PayPal only. Stated international shipping costs are to CANADA ONLY for all other international bidders, please contact me for a shipping quote.

FEEDBACK:

Once you receive your item and are satisfied, I ask that you leave positive feedback. I strive to earn 5 stars in each category that applies to our transaction. If you feel that I have earned less than 4 stars, I ask that you please contact me, so I can remedy whatever problem you feel there is. The "star system" may seem like a minor thing, but as a seller, it is VERY IMPORTANT.

SHIPPING:

I do strive to ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment, but eBay is a "side job" for me. I am a home-schooling mother of 2 active children, so occasionally I must take more than 3 days to get an item shipped. I do request that you allow me 7 full days (not including weekends or holidays) to get your item shipped (this does not include shipping transit time).  If you absolutely need an item asap, please let me know immediately after the auction ends and I will do everything I can to get your item to you quickly.

I generally offer the choice of Priority mail or Parcel Post for items over 1 pound. Please understand that Parcel Post CAN take 9 BUSINESS DAYS or longer in transit. I ask that you keep this in consideration. Priority generally takes 2-3 business days transit time.

SHIPPING INSURANCE is highly recommended. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE and WILL NOT refund if you chose not to purchase insurance.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION is added FREE OF CHARGE to every US package. You should receive an e-mail with Shipping Confirmation on the day I print your shipping label, if you do not receive this e-mail within 7 business days, please check your spam filter (or your e-mail address attached to eBay).   If you did not receive confirmation information and would like to track your package, please contact me and will give you that information.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined shipping is generally 1/2 price for each additional item. Please inquire for quote.  All items must be paid for AT THE SAME TIME ON ONE INVOICE to qualify for combined shipping.

REFUNDS:

I refund only due to gross misrepresentation of a product. I do not refund due to sizing (unless I stated the wrong size), fit, etc.

I DO NOT refund for shipping/handling charges (either way) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping company for a service rendered, therefore, are non-refundable.

MISC:

Most of my items come to me from garage sales, auctions, resale shops, etc. Generally speaking, I have no idea of what type of environment they came from before me, but I DO NOT BUY ANYTHING that has any unsavory odors, is dirty, broken, etc. I would not buy (or sell) anything that I would not personally use or let my children play with. Unless something comes to me in perfect condition...it is also cleaned and will come to you ready for use.
