AUCTION AND STORE POLICIES

1. SUBSTITUTIONS, OTHER COLORS, ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

   We will ship to you exactly that which you are bidding on or buy. Occasionally we get a request to ship something different than that which is won/purchased. We cannot do that. If you would like to purchase a different size, color, or quantity, please either bid on the different color/size or visit our store and choose the quantity desired. The price we sell an item for very much depends on the quantity we have or available so items which are more "rare" for our inventory are more valuable and therefore we do not auction or substitute for a winning auction bid just because it is the same style.

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING DISCOUNTS

   • US First Class: Normal shipping (USPS First Class Mail) and handling is FREE within the US for any number of items.
   • US Priority Mail: $4.00 for the first item and just $0.25 for each additional item.
   • International First Class: $2.00 for the first item and $1.75 for each additional item. Internationsl Shipping is always via International First Class, but if you contact us we are willing to work with you for other options at your cost.

   We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, but there may be times which this is not possible - We will only ship to the address given by eBay/Paypal. We will not ship to a new address so change your address with eBay and Paypal before ordering.
   
   We reserve the right to ship only to VERIFIED ADDRESSES.
   

3. US SHIPPING

   Our standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. There is no tracking service, but this is the most reliable method and keeps our costs down so we can offer you FREE SHIPPING. We ship almost all items within tyvek water resistant envelopes. Shipping is anonymous always.
   
   

4. SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

   The Customs form will be completed correctly and as accurately as possible.  Please do not send special instructions on how to complete the forms.  We follow the rules and regulations of the United States Postal Service.  It is a felony offense to do otherwise.
   
   International Buyers – Please Note:

   • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

   • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

   • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

   • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

   Once we have shipped the package it is up to customs in your country to move the package. We can provide proof of shipment, but tracking is NOT available for international shipments. Normal delivery time is about 10 days but can take 4 to 6 weeks.  If this is a problem we urge you to contact us about the possibility to ship via Global Priority Mail for extra cost - it is much safer and much faster.

5. SHIPPING INSURANCE

   Insurance of $1.70 (International insurance is not available) should also be included if desired. If you choose not to accept insurance, we WILL NOT BE RESPONSBILE for items lost or damaged by the postal service.

6. PAYMENT

   We prefer Paypal payments. Payment is expected within 7 days.

   If you choose to pay via paypal, we have the right to decline payments with unconfirmed addresses in certain situations.  You will be notified if this should occur.

   Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

   We do not accept payments from Romania or Mexico.

   If arrangements are not made a NPB (non-paying bidder) alert shall be filed in order to recoup expenses. When an item is listed and is sold the seller is charged upfront for those fees regardless of whether payment is made. The only way to recoup those fees is to file a NPB.

7. RETURN POLICY

   Due to the intimate nature of most of our items and eBay Policy we cannot take returns except for manufacturer defects or unseen damages. Please be sure of your size and make sure the style you are purchasing is right for you. 
   
   In the event of receiving a damaged item we will refund 100% of your payment.  Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.  We cannot provide an exchange under any circumstance (neither before or after shipping) because our inventory may be random and unique. 

8. FEEDBACK

   We always will leave positive feedback upon receiving same, but please note due to the volume of sales and the neccessity to automate as much of our operation as possible feedback is generic and cannot be personalized. We review all feedback left and very much appreciate knowing how our customers feel about both our products and service.
