Girls blue dress sz 6 months.  The material on the front at the chest area overlaps each side with 2 buttons on both sides.  The bottom of the dress is flowing and overlaps on the left side so that it is open on this side.  This sleeveless dress can be worn as that or with a shirt underneath.  This dress is used but in good condition.
