Insurance over $100 is OPTIONAL and provided by a 3rd party (not FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS).

- $300-$399 : $4.80
- $400-$499 : $6.00
If insured($100 and up) shipment is chosen:
Shipper is responsible for claims on behalf of the buyer.
If uninsured shipment is chosen:
Buyer voluntarily and expressly agrees to hold harmless “Valatvia Fashions” and its affiliate shipping company “Goin' Postal” from any claims, demands, cases or rights of action resulting from unlikely, but possible loss or damage of the parcel/shipment caused by the shipping carrier.
However, if the package is sent via UPS, DHL or FedEx, $100 insurance is included and Buyer will be responsible to claim his coverage to the carrier.

- Take digital pictures of the damaged package both inside and outside
