If you are unhappy with your watch for any reason, we must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of the watch by either email or by phone in regards to the reason for the return. Timepiece Trader, LLC. will provide a shipping FedEx label for the item to be returned to us fully insured by our third party provider. A full refund will be given minus all shipping, handling and customs/international charges. The item MUST be returned unworn, un-tampered with and in exactly the same condition it was received with all boxes, papers, documentation etc.

All items shipped are fully insured via our third party carrier for loss/theft.
