Old Authentic 4,5" = 115/5 Marked = fishing glass float/buoy
Item description:
This auction is for a green molded glass fishing float. It is an old authentic working buoy that was found in the Vesterålen area, Norway. It is marked as embossed numbers '115/5' on side of glass. The origin of the buoy could be Portugal and it came to the North of Norway with the current. The size of the float is approx. 4,5 inches (the grapefruit size) in diameter. With lots of scuffs on the surface, showing its hard use at sea. No cracks. The seal button chipped off. Very special old glass float!
This glass buoy will make a nice addition to your collection and a maritime decoration!

In many cases we can safely pack 2-3 floats in one box for the same shipping costs as for one, but of course, it depends on the items' size and weight. We will always provide the shipping quote for multiple items, just let us know what exactly you would like to have combined.
