OUR STORY:
Originally, we were "cleaning house"-- we had an overabundance of Mille (picture cane and wig wag) that were doing little more than collecting dust. The surplus was born through the closing of our other company in 2003. We are still "cleaning house", but due to the demand, we also have been creating new wig wags to augment our picture cane supply (and to give more variety to you, the customer.) The picture canes are no longer in production; although we may "suck it up" and make some new ones in the future. But as it stands now, the picture canes we have are the ONLY ones we will have. That being said, we are still "discovering" new cane designs in the chaos-- and as we discover, we will list them, so keep an eye out for new, highly limited canes.
Here's the deal with shipping. We ship on Monday's and Thursday's. On those days, everything that has been paid for will ship out (unless we have been contacted by the buyer to do otherwise.) Shipping with Northern California Craft Guild is free and we ship standard USPS. However, if you would like a faster shipping method we are more than willing to accomodate you. We will ship Priority Mail for an additional $4.60 (the net cost of that shipping method.) Simply let us know and we will work it into your invoice. BONUS!!!... if your order is over $100 then we'll ship Priority Mail FOR FREE!
Here's the deal with your satisfaction-- we want it! We pride ourselves on listing as accurately and honestly as humanly possible; but we are only human, and mistakes can happen. If a mistake does occur, then we want to make it right. And we WILL make it right-- you want a refund? Sure. A different cane? No problem. A photo of us on our hands and knees begging for forgiveness? Probably not going to happen (maybe???) But anything short of that we are open to. The point is that we aim to please. Basically, if a mistake is made, let us know how we can make it right and it shall be done.
* * * * We understand that many of you are bidding on multiple auctions. We have no issue with them being paid for in groups but we do ask that you contact us within 48 hours of a given auction's ending if you plan on waiting to pay. * * * *
THE WHO AND HOW:
Many folks have asked these two questions: who makes these canes? And, how are they made? Well, we'll give you the 'who' but the 'how' is too long of a story. The canes are made by: Mike Warren, Jesse Taj, Nathan Middleton, and Ryan Ballinger.
Any other questions? Drop us a line and we'll get back to you promptly.
Thank you, and happy bidding!
