Shipping policy

1) IMPORTANT: PLEASE DON’T PLACE BID/ PURCHASE ANY ITEMS IF YOU DON’T AGREE THE SHIPPING COST.

2) Please REQUEST INVOICE if you would like to purchase more than THREE items in my store. We will arrange combine invoice to you with shipping discount. The shipping discount rate please refer to above discount rate table.

3) If you make the payment separately for the various items. We won’t provide any combine shipping discount to you afterward. Again, please request invoice if you would like to purchase more than three items in my store. Thank you.

4) The shipping fee = Postage fee + Packaging fee and Handling fee. The shipping fee is not equal the postage fee only.

5) The shipping discount only for those non-free shipping items. Free shipping items will not be counted.

6) The shipping cost is not including import and sales taxes. We may request the buyer take over the additional cost that charged by your country's custom office.

7) We ship to worldwide (Major to USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Norway, Russia, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Italy, France, Swiss, Netherland, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Iraq, China, Japan, Thailand). If your country not in the list, please kindly check with us.

8) Registration airmail service: For added security of collecting signature of the receivers. And the parcel will controlled by local postal system. We offer free upgrade this service when you purchase more than 8 items in my store. Free additional charge.

9) Insurance: We don’t provide any insurance option to standard airmail. The insurance only apply for the express airmail (EMS/ UPS.etc.). Please kindly contact us for further details.

Shipping time and methods

General shipping time: 7 – 10 days (Via Standard airmail service)

Express shipment: 2 – 3 days (Via Local EMS/ UPS/ FedEX/ DHL)

EMS Policy:

1) We will upgrade your shipping from standard airmail to express service (Local EMS/ UPS/ FedEX/ DHL) if your order weight over 4KG (4000g) or your order total amount over US$500. FREE of additional charge.

2) If your order ship by express airmail. We will offer insurance for your parcel for free. The maximum protection value is US$600.

3) If your order doesn’t reach above criteria, but you expect it shipped by EMS. Please kindly contact us for quotation. Thank you.

Payment

Currently, we only accept PayPal

Payment Process

1) Please make the payment within 7 days after end of auction.

2) You will receive the shipping notification within 24 hours once we confirm the payment. The notification included parcel send date and estimated arrives date. Please mark down for record.

Late Payment

If you can’t settle the payment within 2 weeks after end of auction, we will send you the cancellation request via ebay Resolution Centre. If you still can’t settle the payment or not respond to us after 1 week. Finally, we will close the transaction directly. You need to take over the final transaction fee and receive the “Unpaid Item Strike” from eBay. So, please think seriously before you place bid in my store. Thank you for your co-corporation. 

Refund & Return Instruction

Yes, we provide 100% return guarantee for the following two situations:

For lost shipment
If you still waiting your order after 10 DAYS of the estimated arrives date that we provided in the shipping notification email. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will resend the same order to you with free shipping charge.

For product damage
We only resend the damaged piece to you rather than the whole order. Please kindly let us know the degree of damage.
