This is a new glazed procelain candle holder, has a plate base that measures 4-1/2 inches in diameter, has a clear glass votive holder that is included, and the shell has cut out hearts and circles for the light to shine through.  There are doves scattered around the cover and on top a dove sits surrounded by flowers of yellow, pink, and peach.  The leaves are green and the doves wings and beaks are painted gold, the cover is 6 inches tall and oval in shape.  This is from House and Garden Party, new in box, never used, mint condition, smoke-free home.
