- Returns of product, other than defect, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping Fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Defective parts will be exchange; you are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
- Prior to return YOU MUST CONTACT US TO GET RMA NUMBER, which must be visible at return box, otherwise shipping will be refused from the door.
- Do not ship exchange or returned parts with signature requirement. We won’t pick up from Postal Office.
- Only the items described in the auction are included in the auction.

Shipping:
- All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS.
- Shipping is not included in Auction Price.
- We ship worldwide.
- Expedited shipping service available.
- S&H may include a small amount in the total to cover packaging.
- Insurance or Delivery Conformation is recommended for all items. If item was purchased without shipping insurance and was damaged during shipping- NO replacement or refund will apply.
- If you purchase shipping insurance and item was damaged during shipping, please contact Shipping Company and Seller. Do not unpack damaged package and do not take away any packing materials until Shipping Company Inspection.
- No charges for items picked up, not needing packaging.
- We ship out the item within 24 - 48 hours after receiving the payment.
- USPS Priority Mail and USPS Global Priority Mail offers only shipping notification. They do not provide tracking info.
- You can always check tracking and shipping information through your PayPal account.
