Items damaged in shipping require a picture of the item to be sent to autoware302@verizon.net within 7 days of receipt of the item, be sure to include your item number and user id. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item. Since our pricing is so low, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Just put the RA# on the outside of the box and once we receive your return an exchange item will be sent freight pre-paid back to you. Items returned without an RA (Return Authorization #) will be refused.
